Juventus has so many players who are over 30 years old. This needs to change immediately. They need to evolve into a more dynamic team to fight harder for Serie A titles. Football is changing and dynamic teams are one step ahead now.
Yep. Juventus has 8 players with ages 30+. 2 players are 29 years old and will be 30 soon. If Juventus buy more old players 30+ years old, they can make a lineup with full 30+ players someday.  Grin Well, I don't really get your point about "dynamic team" but Juventus must think about regeneration. They must have young players in every line in order to replace those old players someday. We all know that most players at 30+, they are no longer in their prime age. So, their performance will begin decreasing gradually. If Motta wants to improve the quality of Juventus squad, he must buy younger players.

Motta is a young manager which is a plus for Juventus about this topic. I wouldn't expect him to prefer old player signings much. His system would also be different from Allegri probably. But before anything else, they need new transfers like I said before. If they sign midfielders who can contribute much more to scoring, it isn't too difficult for them to stay in the title competition until the final moments.
I also didn't expect him to sign old players at 30+. When he was managing Bologna, he built the team with young players. Only 5 players at 30+ was in Bologna squad at that time, I hope Juventus squad will be built with young players as well. Motta must know how to build an ideal squad for Juventus. As long as Juventus wants to spend a lot of money, Motta won't be difficult to get many talented young players.
