I think Michael Olise would be sorted out in little time interval but as for Joào Palhinha, I don't think that will be done in the next couple of weeks, it could be achieved but that would be immediately the UEFA EURO'S has come to conclusion. Fulham are proving so stubborn that, they don't want to let him leave the club.
