It seems that customer service focuses on user access problems, 2FA, only.
They do not take care of the security problem that occurred at the end of May, with malicious scripts, changing deposit and withdrawal addresses, which caused other users and me, to steal our money.
I already sent CSFBC by PM the details of my case, but I still have not received a response.
Same here… but if they changed address it is for deposit right? When I entered my address to withdraw it should not be impacted.. or they still have access to the website and changed it when you click the confirmation to withdraw??
Still haven’t got my FUN (erc20) and it’s almost a day now.. I’m mad at freebitco for not answering anywhere.. I putted money in their website. Not just using the faucet. I use lottery and multiply btc, bet too… I sent my money there to do so.. and bought fun with profit.. now those FUN are just gone. I don’t want to withdraw the rest since they’ll probably disappear too…. So I just lost all this money.
I’ll warn my friends, family and surroundings to not use this crap anymore…
I feel bad because I convinced so much people to register there, they probably lost their money aswell
