With the plans Arsenal are putting in place in this season's transfer window, they are hoping to win their first premier league tittle after so many years. And with that in mind, they are looking at making four major signings that can help them actualise that dream, and those positions are in the attack, midfield, defence, and the wing especially the right wing where saka plays. I hope they are able to win the league from Mancity come next season because last season, they were very close to winning it,but City still did what they usually do toward the ending part of the season to be able to grab the tittle again.
Arsenal's transfer plans sound pretty damn good. But words are cheap, guy. The game is played on paper
Man City's got Haaland. The guy's an absolute beast in front of goal, a scoring machine. Their lineup also features outstanding world-class capability. They're not just ready for next season, they're ready to dominate
I'd love to see Arsenal finally break their title drought. I would truly do. But City's got the experience, they've got the depth, and they've got the consistency. Even in cases when they are lacking important players, they have repeatedly shown that they can function under pressure. Until Arsenal can show me resilience and success when it matters, I'll stick with City. They're the champions for a reason
Arsenal had everything they needed to win this season, even mistakes from Manchester City, but alas it didn't help them and hardly ever will, because as soon as they can theoretically relax a little, they do it for real and make mistakes that allow their opponents to move further up the table. I have no passion for this team, so I'm not surprised by their achievements
Arsenal has dominated the EPL five times in total since two decades ago, yet they have consistently come up empty-handed. No doubt, people were getting upset with Arsenal's performance.
And again, arsenal's mistakes were worse than Manchester City's last season, despite the fact that they conceded fewer goals than City, but they lost the trophy once again. and it appears Arsenal was cursed in the title race against City. In the end, Arsenal too frequently bottled the trophy.
Ironically, people expected arsenal to win the trophy, but were disappointed with the outcome. Some even thought Arsenal was like a fallen elephant.
I think that you shouldn't be surprised by how arsenal have been in the past few seasons, they have gotten used to not winning to the extent that when asene Wenger was still the manager of the club, he said that coming out as one of the top four teams in England is like a trophy to them, that shows the level and how far they have fallen.
So for arsenal to have the capacity to go toe too toe with Manchester city for the title in the past two seasons, even though they were the one that threw it away, the arsenal faithful will say that they did massively well because coming out second in the English premier league is a massive trophy to them.
Lastly, till this arsenal team stop having that mindset that coming out second is a great achievement, they wouldn't be able to achieve anything big, they should first of all kill that mindset, and they should have the mentality of all or nothing, because that's how champions think.
