Arsenal use to be a great team under Arsene Wenger. I was more familiar with the word unbeaten run from Arsenal’s legacy that year under Arsene Wenger. It has been a while though, but I am expecting a bigger performance from arsenal from then till now but still to no avail. They have shown a great improvement recently but they are still not winning any trophies yet. They are a team with that fighting mentality but they lose that mentality in the end and always give the title to their opponents. They have another chance for the next season and if they fail again, it will be the third time in a row, so they better try to win at all cost because many are depending on them to come back to those glory days once again.
Yes, when Arsene Wenger coached Arsenal in 1996, you could say that was where Arsenal's glory days began. because when Arsene Wenger served as coach at Arsenal, he was able to bring Arsenal to become Premier League champions in several seasons. But unfortunately Arsenal's glory under Arsene Wenger only lasted until 2004. The reason is that after that Arsenal really experienced a decline in performance and have never won the Premier League title again until now. I personally am not surprised considering that competition in the Premier League is always fierce.
So now we definitely know that Arsenal is little by little returning to its glory days. The reason is that in the last few seasons Arsenal almost became champions of the Premier League. But unfortunately Arsenal's efforts always fail because their performance always declines towards the end of the season. This is certainly a positive thing for Arsenal, because they just need to be more consistent in maintaining their performance every season. By being able to do this, I am sure Arsenal can definitely become Premier League champions next season. The reason is that this season Arsenal only lost by 1 point to Manchester City, which was the cause of their failure to win the Premier League trophy.
Apart from that, Arsenal's current success cannot be separated from Arteta who knows how to bring Arsenal back to development. He is truly a coach who is able to break the deadlock that Arsenal is currently experiencing. because when he served as coach at Arsenal, if I'm not mistaken, Arteta could immediately lead Arsenal to win the FA Cup title. So you could say that Arteta has a long future in the Arsenal coaching chair. Maybe because Arteta was Guardiola's assistant while at Manchester City, his experience and insight in making strategies has increasingly developed. So it's not surprising that when Arteta coached Arsenal, the strategy he implemented was very effective.
