It will be difficult for Kompany to make Bayern Munich strong like the way Alonso did in Leverkusen last season, no coach can do that,
Bayern Munich should not sack Kompany when he can’t win any trophy for the team next season.
That what Alonso did in Leverkusen is and i guess was unique.
If Kompany will dont get any trophy after the season im sure that he will be out then if he not goes earlier.
Many teams have learned from the success of Xabi Alonso as a young coach who succeeded in bringing Leverkusen to become an unbeatable team throughout last season in the Bundesliga. It seems that Munich is following in Leverkusen's footsteps and recruiting Kompany to become head coach in Munich. I don't want to be too quick to judge Kompany's abilities. In being a head coach, perhaps compared to an experienced coach, Kompany might not be anything, but this is the opportunity that Kompany has given him to show his ability to make Munich a good team next season.
Kompany must remain focused on Munich and of course many think that he will fail and will not be able to give Munich a trophy next season, but he can show that by bringing Munich back to dominating the Bundesliga after Leverkusen broke their dominance last season, this is an opportunity that given to Kompany to show that he is capable of bringing Munich to a trophy next season, currently Kompany must focus more on recruiting players to fill his main squad because it is important for Munich to be able to compete with other teams in the Bundesliga and in European competitions. Kompany and Xabi Alonso don't have the same abilities so of course there are differences between the two, can't wait to see both of them compete for the title in the Bundesliga next season.
