Exactly my thoughts on Kompany as Bayern Munich coach, I don’t think Kompany will be long there because he is going to face a lot for the first time as the coach of the team, no matter how is Kompany can’t just go to the team and the team performance will change and they win the league immediately, Kompany needs to do something’s that will change the team performance, buying players that will help the team, I didn’t mean that Bayern Munich will not win the league this season, they can win it but even though they win it is not because of Kompany is because Bayern Munich has good players in the team.
Good players really helps a team to achieve succes in the realm of battle in the league. Bayern Munich will want to be at their best for next season and that is something undisputed because they got what it takes to achieve that success. They have big player names than Bayern Leverkusen and if the new coach can utilize them well, he can win the Bundesliga title easier. Bayern Leverkusen can also work on their coaching style, because it’ll help them to achieve success even without having the best players in their team. They did it last season and can still repeat it again this season.
Xabi Alonso has the opportunity to defend his title again, but repeating his streak without defeat seems unlikely to happen again. Bayern Munich has indeed changed coaches, but it looks like Kompany will have difficulty bringing Kane to success. Alonso just needs to polish his squad a little so that it is fresher when entering the new season. However, Alonso is clearly under pressure if he continues to be compared to his achievements this season.
Xabi Alonso really has a very big challenge ahead of him, and if he doesn’t get serious with the next season, he will lose composure easily and miss out on the title race earlier than expected. They’ve held the trophy with high prestige in many years and they won’t just allow it go off their hands easily. Their sack of former coach Tuchel and bringing Kompany is a real sign of how prepared they are for this season. Bayern Leverkusen and Xabi Alonso needs to double up their efforts in order to retain the Bundesliga title again.
