You are correct and I think too terms and conditions of service is another thing which casinos use to get at gamblers. Ordinarily, terms and conditions should not be that lengthy to read but casinos makes it looks very lengthy and tiresome to read because if they do that, gamblers would just skip it, agree to it and continue reading.
The more user friendly and shorter the terms are, the more user satisfaction they get, resulting in positive user reviews for the casino. Also I think besides making the terms and conditions simple and readable for the gambler, it would be better to have a small range of MCQ testing on the terms and conditions.
