Ten Hag may not yet be able to prove that he is the right coach for Man United because last season Man United could not be consistent throughout the season and they even had to finish in 8th place which is the worst ever Premier League finish since 1990. Even so, what Ten Hag has been able to achieve in the last 2 seasons, I think is worthy enough to give him another chance because not many coaches after Ferguson's era could give trophies, while Ten Hag could get 2 trophies.
Maybe he is the right one maybe he really isn't. We will find out next season.
Managers need time and the conditions they are facing are also playing an important role in their success.Last season was pretty challenging for Manchester United. You know, they faced serious injury issues. I remember so many names being absent for a long time. Especially the defense area was affected quite badly from that. Aside from that, Erik ten Hag needs a stronger squad with necessary transfers. I see he is focusing on defenders lately which is a thing I appreciate. Because this was their main issue considering how many goals they conceded in the PL.
