While the idea is great, I think perhaps we can add to it.

Non-Profit does not necessarily mean Non-Reward. What if we added Non-Monetary rewards?

For example: Participants get paid in special tokens which they could trade in for special Bitcointalk badges? That would incentivize the participation, I think.
