You are speaking facts and if Chelsea does not resolve this issue on time, we may watch a failed and struggling Chelsea for years to come from now. They have made a lot of signings despite the large number of their players playing as loan players in other clubs and still nothing is working out for them. Sometimes I fell they need to sign young players and maybe they may have a long time strong squad like the time of Lampard, Drogba and Terry. If the big players are not willing to effect the change needed by the club, they should try young players too. Chelsea has the funds and getting young players for long time contract shouldn’t be an issue for a club like Chelsea.
Well that's the problem, the Chelsea owner does not give the coach the opportunity to build a squad in the long term and they want to see instant results even though they must be able to take examples from the last 2 seasons and at the same time prove that money does not guarantee a team's success. If Chelsea want to build a young squad then they have to give the coach more time at least 3-5 years as happened with Arsenal and Liverpool, as we know Arsenal's performance continues to improve from season to season and I think this season is the time for Arsenal.
That's the strongest reason why Todd Boehly is currently a hot topic of conversation and some parties are actually blaming the Chelsea owner because it actually doesn't make sense when Pochettino managed to provide an improvement in Chelsea final results which finished in sixth position, whereas previously they only finished in 12th position.
Just imagine when a coach who succeeded in bringing his team to get maximum results but was fired for unreasonable reasons, wouldn't that be a big mistake?
Returning to the principle of Todd Boehly who is very ambitious to get big results in a short time and for the Chelsea owner, copying the results that Arsenal got would only be a waste of time so he will not do the same thing and continue to look for a new coach before Chelsea gets the results impressive next season.
