Gambling is completely based on luck. This gambling game should never be used as a way to make money. Gambling should always be considered entertainment. Many people may not consider gambling as gambling they may always consider gambling as a means of earning. Those who once thought of gambling as a means of making money are the most doomed. But gambling, whether for luck or for earning, should always be taken as entertainment and a fixed income budget should be set for this gambling. But I think everyone spends maximum 5% of their income on gambling which is disciplined gambling. So it is better to use 1%to 5% for gambling.

You cannot equate all gambling games with the same degree of luck, for example slots, yes  only luck plays a role there, if you take sports betting and you are well versed in this sport, then which part will depend not only on luck but also on your knowledge. But in gambling, luck always matters because in football (which I like) there are often unexpected outcomes, and you need to be lucky to avoid such matches.
