This was a vital point for them since also Spain will probably end 1st on its group, Germany positioning themself in 1st position have managed to avoid the game against Spain in the 1st elimination stage.
They will now probably face Italy or Croatia instead.
I'm so surprise to see Germany struggling to get a draw against Switzerland in a match that many people believed would be an easy win for the host nation. Well, they might have felt that since they already qualified, there was no point fighting too hard but assuming the lost the match, Switzerland would have topped the group. This draw also shows that surprises are not excluded from this competition because many people would have placed a direct win bet on Germany. As for me, I usually avoid games where the favorite side do not have any reason to be too competitive unless I have monitored them so well to see that their care more about records than the trophy.
In fact, we already thought that the Switzerland vs Germany match would be a difficult and fierce match. But I didn't expect it and was quite surprised when Germany was 1 goal behind from the first half and 90 minutes had passed. They did manage to equalize the score in the added minute of stoppage time but that still doesn't make those of us who bet on them happy. Because in this match we saw that Switzerland really made a strong defense which made it difficult for Germany to make the right attacks. Maybe the reason could be because Germany already feels secure in their position and their motivation is not as high as usual. But yeah, this still makes me quite annoyed.
For today's match, Spain will face Albania and well, this should be a match that is also quite easy to predict the result of, where Spain will definitely be the favorite and they should win quite easily. But for the Croatia vs Italy match, I think it will be quite difficult to predict. It will be the same as the Switzerland vs Germany match which is also quite difficult to predict.
Spain team won the match easily against Albania national football team. Albania team could not one goal at the end of match but Spain did one goal and won the match with 1-0 goals. The match between Italy and Croatia team was ended with equal points. No team could win this match ,we thought that Italy will win this match but the result is different and match was ended after 1-1 goals. Modrić did first goal of match and after that Zaccagni did second goal of match and did for goal for his country.
