Coaches are changed so that something in the team changes for the better, but it seems to me that this can only be counted on if a truly experienced coach comes to the team, and not one who will gain experience with a stronger team. It seems to me that for the result the level of the coach and the team must match, and I don’t know how ready Kompany is for such a team. On the other hand, he had a very good teacher, perhaps one of the best, and he already had some experience as a coach.
Ready or not, he has signed a contract with Bayern Munich for 3 years, meaning he has prepared himself to coach the Bundesliga giant club. It requires a strong mentality to coach a big club and he should be aware that it is different when he coaches Burnley, he will definitely not experience demands big because the club is quite weak in the Premier League and is not a favorite club. At Bayern Munich he will face demands from various parties, both from fans and also club management, they want changes that are better than last season and they want Bayern Munich's glory again by winning the Bundesliga title again, so Vincent Kompany must be ready to face these demands and try to meet expectations although it is very difficult for him because Bayern Munich currently has quite strong competitors.
I know that the current level of coach and club is quite different. Vincent Kompany is not a coach with much experience coaching big clubs but he has learned a lot from Pep Guardiola so by seeing the patterns that Pep Guardiola uses he can use them at Bayern Munich. Maybe at Burnley he had difficulties because they didn't have good players there, but he could experiment at Bayern Munich which had great players in it.
