We are watching some young coaches bringing in good changes. So maybe this is going to be a positive thing for Juventus. We have recently seen that Alonso has been able to achieve great things with Leverkusen. Hard to imagine that something similar is going to happen with Motta. But what I am thinking is, if Alonso can do that with Leverkusen without having a good squad or a good amount of money to spend, why can’t anyone else?
Juventus has been going through downward spiral for quite sometimes now. I hope that will end soon and they will be able to compete for the Italian league title again.
Currently many young coaches are starting to show their capacity and intelligence in coaching a teams, so it is very feasible for big teams to start targeting the young coach as their coach, Juventus, AC Milan, Napoli and also several other Serie A teams are starting to change coaches at this time, so it is possible for us to see changes and overhauls in the squad next season, What is happening at Leverkusen today is of course an extraordinary thing how Alonso is able to make Leverkusen an undefeated team in the Bundesliga, although Alonso is young and also has little experience in coaching so far.
What happened at Leverkusen certainly indicates that we cannot underestimate young coaches, because with about the intelligence they have often makes a lot of changes to a team compared to the coach who has become a senior, Thiago Motta has officially become the coach of Juventus next season, so indeed many Juventus fans hope that he will be able to make many changes and bring Juventus back as a team to challenge the Scudetto and also the Champions League.
