So far I only see Bayern Munich who are seriously active in improving their squad for next season and therefore they have completed deals with several players. However, other teams such as Leverkusen, Dortmund, Leipzig have not yet seen their movements in the transfer market this time and only a few rumors have emerged.
Is it possible that some of these teams are still monitoring the talents who are currently competing at Euro 2024? because every time there is a competition, it always produces shining players who will be competed for by various teams. On the other hand, I know that the depth of their current squad is no problem at all and I think if this season there are no additional new players then they are confident with the squad available.
Bayern Munich are elite team and will make accomplishment for outstanding runs. When we're talking about talents, Bayern Munich ranks first in bundesliga because there's more to handle this season. Bayern Munich will improve thier performance next season and we know how tough they will become. Afterall, they've succeeded in signing one prominent coach, Vincent Kompany. He will definitely make moves for the club and will apprehend good style of play.
Lets not be in too sure of Bayern munich improvement this season even in the presence of a new manager because whats improves a team with a good manager is understand and team work, I wouldn't doubt the fact that Bayern Munich is good team but the fact is that they are on seruous lapses, though it is good that mangement decide to hire the service of kompany to do the managerial job, kompany is not a bad manager for now but what if he doesn't give them the expected result immediately will they still want to approve his continuous stay as the manager, for me the problem with most football club management is that, they don't give their managers to prove themselves, they always want fast result which may not see the light of the day because hasty decisions, although bayern needs to adopt a new style of football play to see if it can work for the team but will they be patient enough to enable the manager do his Job? If yes, then good result is inevitable for them this season.
