Of course they are selling pre-mined for cash.. isn't that the point of the pre-mined? Exchanges' listing aren't free and are very expensive. They were clear about the Xeggex listing from the beginning.

Rug pull is normally a fraud u initiate to make money off someone who invested in ur thing. If there is nothing to pull off it, it aint no rug pull. Well ya know meme-ish name does not make it a financial fraud from the get go. If I wanted to push my thing real bad like snatch a binance listing or any top tier listing that gets me into bed with MMs, I would be highly motivated to then rug it when it starts doing really good to make me money. It should be big enough for people to know about it for my rug to make sense.
