If Enzo Maresca doesn’t perform well next season, then what happens to other Chelsea coaches will definitely happen to him. Chelsea doesn’t have patience with their coaches, if a coach doesn’t perform well, he will be sacked immediately. They want a club that will change Chelsea's performance instantly, not one that will improve the club's performance gradually. So let’s see how Enzo Maresca will perform. I like the action that Chelsea used to take with their coach when the coach was not doing well the way they expected, I like Chelsea with that kind of energy and that is the same step a team like Manchester United needs to follow and they will not, I believe if Enzo Maresca did not do well next season he will be sacked by the team, although I feel bad when they sacked pochettino and it is because pochettino and the team are doing well before they sacked him, I have never see Enzo Maresca as a coach before but with his coach experience from where he is coaching before I believe he will take Chelsea to another level and Chelsea will be happy with what he will bring to the team.
Chelsea's squad is going to be very good and strong next season because Chelsea is signing new talented players and they are all young, currently, I think Chelsea is the best team that is signing players now, the remaining teams like Arsenal, Liverpool and some teams have never started, maybe they want the transfer window to be open and settled for the players that their contract will end at the end of the June, Chelsea is doing great by using another coach and it will be good if Manchester United do the same.
