Support and patience is what he really but that is not something we know Chelsea management with, right now Maresca needs their full support. According to stats Maresca is a coach with potentials we saw what he did at Leicester City last season bringing them back the premier league and winning the Championship title in his first season, not just that he changed the teams style of play entirely which means he is a coach that can influence a team easily unlike Pochettino.
Maresca did succeed in bringing Leicester City back to promotion to the Premier League, but the competition in the Premier League will be much tougher because there are many strong teams here.
Becoming a coach of a top team is also not easy because he will feel a lot of pressure. Maresca does need support from management and fans, but it depends on how he succeeds in bringing Chelsea to play more consistently.
Maresca's task is not easy and we can see how every coach will experience difficulties in the Premier League.
