These are facts because no gambler who plays less can expect to have higher chances like those who play frequently where their lucky chance could increase. This is unless the gambler is lucky to win as we know casino games to be, but this doesn't translate to higher chances and it is often more difficult for such a person to replicate it again. However, the different view is that people often celebrate winning and neglect chances because winning is real while chances are still hopeful, but if we have more chances, who knows, winning may be multiple too.

That said, your concluding part is also valid because, in gambling, the house is still the winner regardless. No matter how much you are gambling and how frequent it is, the majority can attest to it that they do not earn up to what they gamble in the long run. This has ever been the driving force to sustain the gambling industry itself and there is nothing anyone can do about it.
Of course there is a chance of winning, it's just that the chance of winning at gambling is arguably smaller than the chance of losing, this needs to be taken into account because even though there is a chance of winning, it is unlikely. It's very lucky if someone can win easily at gambling because it's very rare if that happens. I think that person really has great luck at gambling. However, it is very rare for gamblers to be lucky like that, they usually only get small wins and sometimes they even lose their winnings again so they don't get anything.
It's true, no one can do anything with the provisions which in my opinion are permanent because they can't be changed if the odds for the house having a chance of winning are greater than the odds of losing, no matter how hard they gamble it doesn't guarantee they can win, so that's why the house will always win. When the winnings are in your hands, you must make the best use of them, by cashing them in and withdrawing them to enjoy alone or with other friends.
