We know that the Chelsea club in recent seasons has not been a club that can be patient in waiting for a process to achieve success. So it's not surprising we've seen so many coaching changes in just two seasons. Only Pochettino lasted 1 season at Chelsea. Meanwhile, others like Potter were only given the opportunity for a few months. And yeah, I hope Enzo Maresca doesn't experience that. But seeing how Chelsea became much more patient when giving Pochettino the opportunity, perhaps Chelsea will be much more patient with Maresca. But everything will depend on the results later. At least Maresca must make a good impression when the season starts. And should show some good results at the start of the season. Because if not, it will only make Maresca come under pressure from both fans and the club. And yes, coaching a fairly big club like Chelsea will be very different from coaching Leicester City. The pressure of coaching a big club will certainly be much greater. And Maresca must be prepared for this.

Now it's on him how he will start and how will things gone in rest of the season with he is also having few players which were working with him in last season at the Leicester City which is good advantage but still it's not easy while at the top many challenges are waiting.
