The team management who always interferes in the team's coaching will always feel hurt by the results at the end of the championship and this has been clearly accepted by the Chelsea team in the last two seasons. From these results, the team management should be able to reflect that every coach always needs time to go through the process better so that the coach does not have to be immediately fired and look for a new one to train their players. And if something like that still happens to Chelsea next season, of course they will never get good results in the Premier League.
It feels like the two seasons that have passed are enough for the Chelsea club to understand this. That it really takes time to build a squad so that it becomes a strong squad. And it can't just be built in one season. even Mikel Arteta to build Arsenal to its current level took several seasons. And in the first and second seasons, Arteta actually didn't make rapid progress at Arsenal. but the club still trusted Arteta and Arteta then answered that trust with good results in the end. And Chelsea must learn from the Arsenal club about this. And maybe if the club can be more patient then Chelsea will return to being a respected team in the Premier League like before changing ownership. During these two seasons, Chelsea was no longer considered a team that frightened its opponents. And that's really a concerning thing considering how Chelsea was in the past. And I think it's time for Chelsea to rebuild its reputation so that it gets better. And yes, this can be done by giving more time to the new coach at this time. Even if at the start of the season the results are not very good then that must be understood. Because the adaptation process for each team requires different time. some can walk fast and some are slow. And the most important thing is the final result.
New players and a new coach. There is a delay in the gears meshing. But what about Chelsea? They made this damn mess themselves. Man, this constant boss switch is crazy. Have a look at Arteta at Arsenal. They stuck by him when things got tough. Now what? They're getting what they deserve. But Chelsea just can't seem to get past their own problems. There's more drama between them than a Real Housewives reunion, and it's wrecking their game.

Plans of action and formations? Of course, those are important. But that's not all of Chelsea's problems. No one is in charge and there is no strategy. In a storm, they're like a ship without a rudder. They'll keep sinking until they fix that. It looks bad on you, dude. They're the joke of the Premier League right now. It is tough for them to see a way out of this mess.
