I think you were being played all this time by CloudBet because, instead of allowing you to make the withdrawal, they are telling you it will be delivered to your home. It's also a privacy breach from my own point of view. 
 
Secondly, the said betting platform has numerous scam accusations here on the forum that were all unsolved. A user who made another accusation against them helped compile the list.
