And remember in 2015 to 2017 my points exist and I don't play like play in 2015. So points never can go to zero even if play or not. Because 2 years later I have and 2017 to 2022 still here.. because points can't be used don't exist a program. Now exist but them say I don't have anything.  They don't want do anything .
