I think the reason why is your (Loyalty Points) it's disappeared is because they removed it.

According to the news: https://discord.com/channels/668835443319767040/691604205135331359/1248196673465745460 posted on their discord with date 06/06/2024 (around 3 weeks ago) they removed it and changed all the reward to pure all crypto (cash) for their VIP Program.

IMO, the casino activity is already low. So, basically putting somethings like these to my avoided list.
