I don't think there is any need to compare the two managers, because they are on their own path to fate. Each club has its own challenges, it doesn't necessarily mean that coaching an elite club makes the job easier, everything really depends on mutual trust. Ten Hag hasn't been as lucky as Zidane both as a player and as a coach, I think that statement would be fair enough for both of them. Because after all there is always someone greater, we just need to enjoy them managing a team, and I hope Zidane can make a comeback soon from his rest.
Zidane have been on rest for long and by now he should suffix himself in one of the teams. It will even be better if he has been continuing his study on the career path he chose which is managing teams and not just be on break for so long. If he hasn’t gotten offers from the team he loves to manage the most, he should focus on making himself up and doing in some other clubs. He is a great coach and I expect him to still be that good but you know, when you go on break for too long, you’ll sometimes miss the great quality you once have but I hope he doesn’t. Any club that gets to sign him or any country side, they’ll expect the best from him due to his excellent past records, so he should be on his best even now.
Well am of a different opinion on zidane issue, I don't know but I think my theory is that he is actually looking for a team as good and complete as his previous team managed and for now he is still afraid to pick a coaching job because if he is truly eager to feel the thrills of managing and enjoy the excitement that comes with football then he would have certainly been coaching and the worse part is that a whole lot of club have offered him jobs with good pay too but turned all down.
