I assumed that you wanted users' feedback when using your casino, that is, more based on what you can improve or to find possible bugs, rather than just praises and presentation of obvious conclusions.
To avoid these "praises and presentation of obvious conclusions" Perhaps 3-5 special slots for technical users can be opened to test the platform extensively, from pushing it to the limit to see how well it holds up with alot of traffic (stress test), server speeds, any security concerns and anything else that falls under a technical review.
This should be a nice campaign after the first one is paid for and closed.
Otherwise if enough reviews are collected, then it should be all good.
