I know this is common sense to the majority of people on this forum but I can't stress how important it is to gamble responsibly.
Responsible gambling immediately recedes into the background as soon as excitement spills out into the gambler’s blood as soon as he enters the casino or presses a button on the site.

There was a recent case in Australia where a man lost his entire life savings of $400,000+ in a 48 hour gambling spree.
Did he play for 2 days without stopping? After such a load, not a single gambler would be able to make rational bets.
The gambler lost $12,000 in a single bet and then tried to chase that initial amount but ended up losing his life savings.
This is a classic case: first lose, and then, in attempts to regain what lost, lose even more.
There is only one way out: after the first loss you need to take a break.
I am a seasoned and experienced gambler and my one piece of advice to people is to only bet what you can afford to lose otherwise you are setting yourself up for failure.
For me, this advice looks crazy, because no one bets in order to lose. Anyone, even those who claim to gamble for pleasure, wants to win, because this pleasure is impossible without winning itself.
