From this news "Juventus dire finances will force the club to sell players", there is no choice but to stick with the existing players. And all of this must be done to improve financial problems so that they don't get worse in the long term.
In this article, I don't know if it's true or not, but what is certain is that Juventus must survive for at least 3 years to be able to improve their finances and must be patient with existing players or players from the transfer market. So whatever Motta will do will not provide a big improvement or at least staying in the top 3 is good enough.

The news was published this year and it seems that might be the condition of Juventus. Maintaining the current players will be very important for Juventus if they have to compete for trophies. But this will be difficult, especially for players who want to move due to interest from other clubs and those who are seeking better contracts with increased financial benefits. And they would have to avoid buying any expensive players and if possible reduce their wage bill by selling expensive players. They would also have to raise more funds from other sources to balance their books in the next three years. I would suggest they recruit cheap players and some talented academy players that wouldn't cost them too much.
