Essentially you need to sue or deal with the CEO Danny Brewster 'cryptocyprus' or wait for creditors to be repaid. It went defunct in 2014 and sold on Havelock Investments. It was a "bitcoin bank".  According to his last post on bitcointalk, some coins are locked up in MtGox so things might change soon.
