With only a budget of 50 million pounds, then Man United has to rely on player sales because without this option Man United will not be able to do much in the transfer window (moreover, they have many targets on their buying list). If PSG makes a decent offer for signing Rashford, I don't think Man United will refuse the offer because it looks like Marcus Rashford is not a priority in Ten Hag's plans.

The competition in Ligue1 is not as bright as the Premier League. However, if Rashford wants more frequent playing time and consideration, he can get a bigger salary than he is getting now, so moving to PSG is a pretty good option. It could also be a way for Rashford to return to the England national team.

PSG will be a good club for him because he has declined in performance and he is finding it difficult to cope in England. Rashford needs to move on with his life to a league that will suit his laziness in order for him to be among the first eleven and he might do better in Ligue 1.

If he stays in Manchester united he might get tired of sitting on the bench.
