Real is also unique in that new players who join the team have the opportunity to learn from the best players, probably one of the best in Europe. They have a chance to grow much faster than players on other teams, and they have a very good chance of getting that winning mentality on that team, so it all comes together. When Vinicius came to Real Madrid, he was not as strong as he is now, and there were many skeptics that he would not stay long in the team, but now he is without a doubt one of the best.
That type of experience sharing does make younger players a lot better. Like for example Jude learned from both Kroos and Modric this season, Kroos will be gone but I am sure he will visit sometimes, but Modric will stay for one more season at least and that is a very good thing for Jude because he will keep learning. Basically, everyone learns something from another player, and they grow as a team.
Just for the time being, having Jude, and Vini and Mbappe, all three at the same time is just insane when you think about it, it's such a great club.
