I agree with the points you've mentioned, on the other hand it's difficult to come up with a campaign that accepts from jr member and that the payment isn't that low (considering the ranking), since the signature of jr member is almost not visible (it has been a while since I've see jr member signature).

Another factor that draws attention is the budget, when it is too much, the risk of the campaign lasting too little is high, even more so when it's not managed by any reliable manager. But I hope that everything goes well for those selected and that it will become a good campaign and that the company behind it manages to obtain the desired marketing results here on the forum.
