Next season, Manchester United will still have a little difficulty getting super good results if they don't buy any young players to complement their weak lines.
Manchester United's performance wasn’t that good last season, even though they won the FA Cup, their performance was so poor in the Premier League because I never expected them to end the season in the position in which they ended it. Manchester United's poor performance was caused by some players who were injured, and I am sure they will be back before the season starts. Also, Manchester United should sign some new players. There are some players who are playing for the team like they are being forced to play for the team, players like that should just be allowed to join other teams or should be on the bench till they are ready to play well for the club.
Last season they finished the league in 8th place, which is a really bad result for them. They could not achieve a consistent winning streak throughout the season, I do not think the team could be very successful with their current squad. Of course, the Premier League is one of the most difficult leagues in the world, but I think that the place where a team like Manchester United should be should always be among the top 3 teams.
They need to make good transfers urgently, otherwise we will see a similar league performance next season
Manchester United didn't have one of their best campaigns in the concluded season and if not that they managed to beat Manchester City in the English FA Cup final, the Old Trafford club wouldn't have qualified to play in Europe next season but with that final win, Manchester United will be playing in the UEFA Europa League competition next season. Talking about their possibilities of finishing in a better position than the 8th position they finished in the just concluded season, I'm yet to see any change in the club at the moment that should convince me that Manchester United will have a better season.
Firstly, the management of the club have decided to extend the stay of Erik ten Hag at the club despite his poor league results of last season and no major signing have been made so far. Hopefully they get to sign world class players that'll help improve the team before the end of the current season
