The performance of Chelsea football club wasn't that bad under Mauricio pochettino during the closing stage of last season, so I never expected them to relieve him of his duty, it was later I heard that he was sacked for the sole reason of wanting to be in charge of who goes in and out of the club, and to me, that reason is very much valid, as the manager of the club, he is the one that would be sacked if the team isn't doing well, so why would the hierarchy of Chelsea sack him for wanting the right thing to be done?

This shows that the hierarchy of Chelsea is just looking for a yes man, someone that they can control up and down, and to the best of my knowledge, he wasn't sacked because of the performance of the team, so i still believe that Enzo mascara will struggle to do well if their is still interference from Todd boehly and co. And secondly, the team is seriously lacking experience, instead of them signing experience players, they are busy recruiting under 20 and a bunch of inexperienced players into the team, until that aspect is fixed, I believe that they will keeps on struggling, because the right thing hasn't been done yet.
That's right, Chelsea will find it difficult to achieve success if club officials and managers don't share the same ideas in looking at the future, this could be a factor in their failure every season. Pochettino wants to have greater influence in player transfer matters, his goal is clearly understandable, Pochettino wants players according to his strategic needs. In Todd Boehly view, Pochettino wishes are considered to be contrary to his policy, which in my opinion Todd Boehly prioritizes building a club with young players. Ideally a good squad is a mix of young players and mature players. As the next successor, Enzo Maresca will certainly tend to think the same as Pochettino in terms of building the squad. In my opinion, Chelsea future really depends on how big a role their manager has in building squad depth.
