The chance of winning those items are very rare and I guess nobody has been so lucky yet.
That’s the sad reality for the wheel based type of promotion that includes luxury items and huge jackpot prize since it’s always 99.9999% chance of winning the smallest reward while the mid size value to high value reward always have the 0.000000001% chance of winning that is already closed to impossible.
That’s why casino with this feature usually just increases the number of trials to compensate the lowest rewards which is the typical rewards.
