The fundamental problem is that Ten Hag never attempts to reflect on himself. Ten hag frequently exploited his players as scapegoats.
Antony appears to get few opportunities to play in the main squad, and I believe he is losing respect for Ten Hag. Ten hag is also known for using his players as an excuse when he receives poor results.
Ten hag was also rarely open to other people's opinions, which was his poor habit.
This is exactly what I am talking about and there is really no recovery from this at all as well. He is the type of person that makes it quite difficult for players to like or even more importantly respect him. If he keeps on blaming the issue on the players, then how could we really end up with anything that would benefit the team?
Imagine a whole squad of players who doesn't respect the manager, could that team be even any good? No idea why they kept him around, just because he won the FA cup doesn't mean that he is a good manager, it just means that this team could have done even better if he wasn't around, but barely got FA cup because he sucks. In any case, I hope that they do better this season and he stops blaming players.
