And from the reading of the whole story and if it is true then CloudBet has scammed you because if they had promised your to redeem your points when you have reached 2.6 millions point and finally you reached the 2.6 millions points and they said again in the future and that is where I don't understood clearly. And finally you still reached there yet they refused you to redeem the points. I didn't see anything more than scam here. And if you have not redeemed the points and they are saying have redeemed them then CloudBet is not to be trusted.
