This email.is from past.. but you can see they don't tell me my points already are redeemed like they do today...
Wow, that's a lot of money. What year is that email from? I've never seen a casino require such a huge deposit just to claim your bonus or points, and then still have a rollover requirement after you deposit. If this picture is legit, I think Cloudbet needs to shed some light on this, as it could be truly alarming.
However if this email was sent in 2014 or 2015, I think this is acceptable.

Then I didn't have any more points and so on... there was always a but and now I have nothing. and they won't give me anything. and the past doesn't matter.
