Yes, I agree that there are some cases in which the bet is not 100% just random, like normal casino games like roulette.
Those typically involve some kind of sport betting, or betting on something in the real world that you might have some information or you might be able to alter in some way.
Not sure how legal that is, but if you can alter or know some of the sports internals, then you can know better than the people making the odds, so you could have an advantage.
