Real Madrid is elite team, they fight harder than any other oppositions and they grab every amount to push forward and obtaining crucial winning in major tournaments. Borrusia Dortmund is an elite club, everyone knows about the club's status because the management have slide into selling their key players for generating huge profits, they no longer work harder towards winning titles, it have become a routine for the club. We've come to understand that Dortmund don't fight for titles but for recognition which is their current happening.
Dortmund after monitoring them for several years, I can now conclude that they are not after title, they are only after money which is the main reason why they always sell off any player that will give them profit without consideration of their fans reaction.
The final of the Champions League was played well, and Dortmund couldn’t win because of the several chances they missed in the match, but I am impressed with their performance because no wine expected them to reach the finals. How I wish it was Manchester City or Bayern, the final would have been more tougher than expected.
I've even said this from the start, that Borussia Dortmund prioritizes profits over achievements and that can be seen from what they have done over the years. Luckily they have royal supporters at this club, even though they feel very disappointed because they can't celebrate the title, they are still loyal to continue supporting their favorite club.
I hope last season will be a turning point where they will start to focus on achievements. With Leverkusen's success in becoming Bundesliga champions, this should be a spur for them to prioritize their achievements. I have said from the start that if they are serious about pursuing achievement, then they will be able to do it. They have an advantage in looking for young talent, and they can actually maximize this to win a title. At least they are serious and focused on chasing the Bundesliga title.
Last season's Champions League should also be a motivation for them, because they could actually reach the final, in other words they have great potential to get that.
