The logical thing would have been to contact their support team and given them time to reply and that would have been fairly easy as far as a task was concerned. What you did by creating an account here especially to ask this question seems a completely unnecessary move on your part. Why did you not mention anything about whether you contacted their support team to ask the same question?

I did the logical thing you mentionned by filling the form in FAQ page and by sending the message to the support , due to many requests they receive , it may take several days to reply So i created an account here seeking help which i didnt find in your reply
