Barcelona has hired an experienced coach like Hansi Flick. And Barcelona probably won't buy any new players this season. Firstly, Barcelona do not have enough money to buy players. Secondly, Barcelona now wants to build a squad based on youth, so that Barcelona can get a long term service from these players.
Barcelona have a lot of talented young players in their squad. Forwards include Torres, Fati, Yamal and Roque. Each is a talented and promising player. Everyone has the potential to become a star player in the future if nurtured properly. The midfield has talented players like Gavi, Pedri and Lopez. Perhaps Hansi Flick's main and only goal in the coming season will be to improve the performance of these young players. This is why the Barcelona management made Flick the coach of the team.
Yeah. But coach is not the issue of Barcelona they have good coach even before they sign this new one. I think they are main problem and weak point is the player, they don’t have strong players that can make them win trophy their players are weak seriously. However, as they got new coach now maybe they will do more bette. but I can’t really say anything about since they did not get new player but if they do then I’ll be expecting them to perform very good.
However, they only have few young players and they can not strength the squad only them they need to add more of this young players before they can be able to get the result they want and how they will do good for a long time as you said.
The main problem that must be addressed is the financial side of Barcelona itself if it wants to compete to become La Liga champions next season. If Hansi Flick wants players who he thinks fit his tactics to be able to perform and achieve good results, but on the other hand Barcelona cannot provide this, and it is clear that Flick can only utilize existing young players and senior players who have already become core players in the team. I recognize Flick is a good coach but it will take time if he applies the tactics he will apply at Barcelona, because we know the tiki taka game is Barcelona's mainstay from previous coaches, we'll see if there are surprises that will be given by Flick this season.
