It's the marketing that matters if they want to stay long in this industry, they have a good affiliate program and I'm sure they have other marketing stuff outside of this forum, they have established themselves maybe they will do a campaign here from time to time.
Site improvement process is still going on. The management wants a platform that is very user-friendly with less error. The marketing deadlines are not set yet but hopefully we will soon see a relaunch of marketing.
Yes, there is nothing wrong with taking time and making the platform error-free, new users don't want a platform with a lot of bugs when they start to play.
So far since they started their thread here, there's been a lot of improvement, and all suggestions by players that are posted have been implemented, this is to prove to everybody that the developers are listening to suggestions that will improve the users' experience.
