There is another possibility behind the OP publishing these accounts with a new account other than the one you mentioned, it is also possible that the OP has a personal problem with the owner of the published account. Maybe they used to be friends, but they became distant because of a problem.
Another possibility is that OP wants to build another alt account of his own.

It's possible that what you're saying is true - but it could also be that he's avoiding drama that doesn't actually benefit him. We don't need to know what his true reason were – but the focus is on what he reported and what he found. There's no need for any new drama - so I'm not sure I can force him to post the above finding with his main account. But now - @Cheater Active Again is someone's alt.
