There is no difference from what you have said that happened to them and if they have made a list before wining. The truth of the matter is that they may still do list, after wining they may still make mistakes again. Because all these activities they did after winning as you have said may have been what they wished to write or do a list before payment, but was not fortunate to write it down. So to me, list or no list it doesn't really matter, what matters is to have a right place to invest money after winning. Because a person may still wright down a wrong approach on paper after which they may still spend all the money wrongly. It's just to have a focus, think and concentrate on how to do the right thing at the right time.
