His presence as a coach at Barcelona is the biggest challenge for him because he has to give his best contribution to Barcelona, which is not performing well. Even when he is old enough, he must still actively think about strategies that can be used by his team. Even though there is no guarantee that Hansi Flick can provide good direction, at least Barcelona management still provides an opportunity for Hansi Flick to prove his skills as one of the best coaches coming to Barcelona.
Hansi Flick is the right man for the job, he will not relent but focused on his duty and the fulfilling the main job he was apprehended, he is not scared because he knows exactly the techniques to used for the purpose to change the club all round. Barcelona have been in deep struggles over these past season. However the president, Joan Laporta will worked entirely for improvement and will do everything within the specified period to fixed the club and hook them up with preeminent rival, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid.

No doubt he has a good reputation but tome I don't like pre hype, I don't come into conclusion without seeing a test, he's yet to give his shot so we shouldn't hype him that much Xavi could have been much more better only if he had stayed a little bit longer . Not saying Hansi Flick is not gonna be a better coach but we need to see how he does things before giving too much compliment
