It's weird if someone allow the young people to gamble.
Young people are vulnerable, they're immature, so they still not able to know what to do and what not in their life. Exposing the young ones to gambling, drugs, sex, or war, as they're grow up, I think the country where they live will messed up since it will be full of criminals.
It needs awareness from their parents to explain what is gambling and the risks behind of gambling with the danger that their children can gets from gambling. When their parents can explain everything about gambling, their children will not trying to playing gambling.
Sometime it's better for the child to never know what gambling is, rather than knowing what is gambling with the risk involved with it.
