There is another possibility behind the OP publishing these accounts with a new account other than the one you mentioned, it is also possible that the OP has a personal problem with the owner of the published account. Maybe they used to be friends, but they became distant because of a problem.
Another possibility is that OP wants to build another alt account of his own.
Whatever the problem will be, we do not know. But one thing caught my eyes and it was interesting. kramat and josgandosbro has the same registration date July 28, 2017, 01:24:58 PM and July 28, 2017, 08:35:56 PM respectively. It proves nothings thought but it's an interesting co-incident LOL
