Regarding the recent complaint from Stokesbomb, here’s our side of the story:
Stokesbomb requested self-exclusion, and we instructed him to use our settings, which takes five days to process. Due to a hacker attack, our system malfunctioned, allowing him to continue gambling during this period. We offered a $1000 bonus as compensation for the system error. With Casino Guru’s help, we came to agreeement to provide player a partial refund of 1000 USDT.
